Adding Global PABX to an Existing Phone System
If your office already has a PABX and you’re not ready to upgrade all of the current handsets then we can add some adapters to your existing system to integrate it into the Global PABX. This will immediately give you the following benefits:
- Up to 90% savings on outgoing calls.
- Incoming calls from other offices worldwide can also ring into the existing system without any international toll costs for the customer or yourselves.
- Free calls worldwide from the current phone system to any office or any individual with a Global PABX handset or Softphone.
- Anyone with a Global PABX handset/Softphone can call into the existing phone system for free.
- Calls can be transferred, for free, from any Global PABX handset to the existing phone system.
- Calls can be transferred from the existing phone system to any Global PABX handset worldwide for free.
- For a small monthly charge phone numbers in virtually any city worldwide can be purchased that ring into the existing phone system office with no toll charges – overseas customers can call a local number without international toll costs for either party.
Hardware Required to Connect Your Existing PABX
1) Your PABX must have an “analogue card” – please check with your PABX vendor to insure it has this capability.
2) You need to replace your existing ADSL modem/router with our Linksys ADSL modem.
3) Our SPA2102 PABX adapter will give you two new lines on your PABX. To have additional lines you simply buy multiple adapters.
Please note: Utilising adapters to connect your existing PABX to the Global PABX does limit the functionality of the Global PABX, particularly in relation to other Global PABX users calling directly to your extension. Please discuss these aspects with us.
